Check to see if your copy of fukuyama's system has this:
TRANSPARENT_SWITCH = true

You want it set to 'true' so the switch system works. If it is set to false, the caterpillar system will not hide the sprites when you try and turn the RMXP switch on/off.

Or..... if your vehicle turns switch 4 on/off.... and the caterpillar switch to turn visibility on/off is 4.... and to get past quest #23 is switch 4... and .... yeah. Make sure you are not overlapping / overusing switches.

All tested many times, that is not it.
It really does not turn of the switch once I leave the vehicle, I now know for sure.
I will try to use your Demo as a basic and then switch my project ofer to it file by file when I have some freetime since that is probably gooing to take a long while... <<'
If it will not work again then I know that I did not screw up a small detail that I somehow keep missing and that it really is clashing with something else. (Which it probably is. Especially since it works so well in your Demo XD)
I'll let you know once I find out what's causing this, having that information available for other people who want to use your system can't hurt =)

BUMP!
to version 1.2

There has been a minor change to the config section of the addon to handle compatibility with the Script Call Transfer patch. It may not auto-detect, but it works better.

And it now works with both the MrMo Add-on script: Francesca's Companions, and the newer MrMo's ABS Ultimate.
