Full Animated Side View Battle System - Cybersam - 06-22-2009

Full Animated
Side View Battle System

Versions 2.5 and 3.0 beta
by Cybersam

No support given.

Introduction
Both versions 2.5 and 3.0 Side view battlesystems transform your front view battlesystem into a sideview battle system requiring specialized 7 or 8 pose battlers. Version 2.5 is an older yet more stable version while version 3.0beta is newer and faily popular. Both are available in the demo links below.

Demo
Sideview 2.5
and
Sideview 3.0 Beta

Script
None. Please copy from the appropriate demo

Instructions
Cybersam didn't code many instructions in the 2.5 demo. The 3.0 beta demo has instructions, but mainly for that system's newer functions.

Compatibility
Mainly for the default battlesystem. Version 3.0beta comes supplied with a battlesystem script by XRXS.

Credits and Thanks
Cybersam, and XRXS for some battlesystem scripts.

How do I manage to get custom added
battler the background colour transpirazed?

When you import anything with the [F8] Resource Manager in RMXP, you see it in a preview window.

The area around your battler may be pink... may be green.... may be blue... whatever. Click on THAT color with the 'left mouse button' and it informs the system that (for that specific file) that color is transparent. Clicking on a color with the 'right mouse button' identifies a color as semi-transparent.

Same function works when you import tilesets, charsets and etc.

Yeah, I know bout that but in this
battlesystem the animated battlers
aren't being imported to the database.
And I also tried this option aswell but
the battlers background still isn't trans-
pirant. =s

Once you use the IMPORT feature, a copy of the image is saved in the folder you assign. And when you import the file this way (and assigning the transparency), the copy will have the alpha transparency recorded into the image file. Since the import feature can create an alpha transparency, I use it for web stuff too... making pics with transparent backgrounds n stuff.

After using the IMPORT feature, you go into the Graphics\Battler folder to manually change filenames, move files around or what not.
