I've been sleeping less than 6 hours lately Sad I hate that, but my PC is a bit addictive due to letting me watch series or craft scripts. Tongue sticking out

I hear ya. Some in staff are probably wondering "What the heck is DerVV doing hours past midnight?"

Do you all recall how I have reported many sunny days lately? Well, even if that was true and completely normal for tropical country, our tallest mountain the Chirripo (the accent lays on the last viwel) started a morning covered by cold frost! Shocked Some buckets filled with water and faucets got frozen as well!

No, I'm not feeling fine, I just can't, I am about to undergo a surgery any time soon, one of two or three scheduled for this very same year if nothing conspires against me... my treatment includes some radiotherapy sessions as well... I do hate the idea of going through all of these... Sad

I think we're being Punked by Mother Earth. Easter is on April Fools Day, and we just went through a sudden snowfall in March. Thank you Groundhog for saying 6 more weeks of Winter. Tongue sticking out

RE: What's on your mind? - kyonides - 03-23-2018

Err... wait, does it mean the groundhog didn't show up this year? O.o?

1:36 a.m. and everything seems to be so peaceful, a good chance to finally fall asleep...

One minute later the earth shakes, 5.4 degrees in Richter scale, the room balances as if you were sleeping in a rocking cradle...

Below you'll find a Rana René (Kermit the Frog) meme that says "criminality is getting worse every day... they just stole my will to work!"

I know, you don't speak Spanish, but the original article was written in that language. Why do I post it here then? Well, you know what the New England Patriots are, if I did not make a mistake mispelling their name, in that case you will understand that they won a superbowl recently IIRC. Yesterday one of their players pretended to enter my country just like any other tourist would... Not exactly, this one tried to fool custom agents by hiding marihuana in a beverage. =_= Such drugs are illegal in Costa Rica, no exception has been made so far!

For those that don't understand Spanish...

NFL player expelled from Costa Rica when trying to enter marijuana in a suitcase

This is Duron Harmon, from the New England Patriots. They confiscated 58 grams of marijuana and pipettes with oil

The football player Duron Harmon, 27, belonging to the New England Patriots team, was arrested on Friday afternoon at the Juan Santamaría airport, when he tried to enter the country with a load of marijuana in a suitcase, authorities confirmed.

The apprehension was made at about 2 p.m. m. officers of the Fiscal Control Police (PCF), after they discovered that he was hiding a can of soda in his suitcase, in which he carried marijuana.

Once the substance was detected, the officers of the Drug Control Police (PCD) and the Directorate of Intelligence and National Security (DIS) were alerted.

Harmon, who plays the safety position in the National Football League (NFL), had boarded a flight from Fort Lauderdale International Airport in Florida, United States, as stated on his boarding pass.

Irving Malespín, director of the Fiscal Control Police, said that during a routine work at the airport, on the eve of Holy Week, several flights from the United States were reviewed.

"It was a professional player of the NFL, who tried to introduce our country to marijuana, and then it was returned to US territory, and it is important to highlight the work of the different police officers who carry out extensive operations in different parts of the country. undesirable subjects enter the country, "said Malespín.

The Ministry of Public Security (MSP) confirmed at 7:55 p.m. m. that the foreigner carried 58 grams of marijuana, three pipettes with marijuana oil, a THC confection and four glass containers containing compressed marijuana (weighing 4.3 grams). He added that by order of a prosecutor he was barred from entering Costa Rica.

Harmon was nicknamed The Closer by fans and the media for his ability to get late interceptions to seal games.

He was selected by the Patriots in the third round of the 2013 NFL draft.

According to ESPN's online page, Harmon has an annual base salary of $ 1.5 million (about ¢ 856 million) this 2018, which equates to $ 46,875 (¢ 26.7 million) per game.

It was not possible to know where Harmon was going, who is a teammate of Tom Brady, who plays quarterback for the New England Patriots and who, along with his wife, have a luxurious home in Santa Teresa de Cóbano, in Puntarenas.

The Patriots don't have much luck. Deflate-gate. And now this... Tongue sticking out

And they lost the Super Bowl! Good thing I didn't place a bet, would've lost money. Wonder what would've happened if he was flying to perhaps Oregon instead of Costa Rica. Quite surprised CR even cared, I always thought of it as some kind of cocaine narcotics state TBH.

I'm recommending Brave Browser to anybody who is sick of stupid internet ad shenanigans (and the slowdown and even occassional malware and whatnot that can come with said ads.) Google and Bing are suppressing the official download link of this browser because it's so effective. Until ad companies can figure out how to make their spam less terrible to experience, I could care less if they go under. Sink or swim, as they say.

Chrome sucks.
Opera sucks.
Firefox sucks.
What's Edge?

Done with the BS! Hopefully it doesn't turn to garbage like Firefox has. No disrespect to the Plugin developers, but Firefox sucks big flaming fox balls in 2018!
