I don't have a PS3 and didn't pay all that much attention to what games it has, but I know that FF13 isn't really the best...representation of the FF line. At least not when you enjoyed some of the earlier titles.
It's a shame when you have a good console but not really the games for it. =(

A few things:
1 - kyonides, your signature always matches with what you say. It's really cool
2 - The games that justify the existence of the next-gen consoles aren't out yet. From what I can tell, at the current point, Kingdom Hearts 3 could be run on a PS3 with the lesser draw distance, but the Final Fantasy VII remake or Final Fantasy XV could push it beyond its limits and NEED the PS4. I've never been an X-Box person, and I don't even have a PS3, but I do know Final Fantasy XIII is definitely not the best representation of Final Fantasy. I heard XIII-2 and Lightning Returns get... slightly better, but XIII turned many people away from Final Fantasy, or turned them towards the classics. The hype before XIII was real, but afterwards, it got silent (Or loud with negatives, depending on where you looked) with the reviews.
Personally, I can't judge XIII since I haven't played it, but I do know that Final Fantasy VIII is the one that got me into Final Fantasy after VII turned me off. (I was 9 and I knew VII was bad and VIII was good
)3 - PC is great, only if you have a good enough one to play games and a good enough internet to run online ones. My "Broadband" internet speed is the lowest in my state (And probably in America) and it's practically dial-up with the upload speeds. No Twitch streaming for me!
Technically, this laptop I've got is 450-700 dollars, but it barely runs some PS2 games on emulator at Native resolution, so PC is king if you've got a good enough PC to do things with! Otherwise, it's a sad sight
(At least Intel has the Quick Sync technology to prevent slowdowns while recording. That helps run things smoother!)
4 - I still play lots and lots of classics, though my brother has the Super Nintendo right now. At least I can emulate Yoshi's Island at fullspeed <3
5 - Square is more focused on putting half-naked girls into their games than making a game great... Type-0 was AWESOME, but then they made the HD remake with anime-like characters, I'm pretty sure it was only to make the Emina scenes where she's in her underwear and the easy-to-upskirt gals look even better.
Fanservice comes first for Square, look at Bravely Default. Or Dragon Quest VIII. Underwear =/= armor, Square! And there's no need for "Secret armors" to dress gals down!
Anyway, I typed enough, so I'm gonna leave you guys with this thought:
World of Final Fantasy looks SOOOOOOOOO ADORABLE!
(See? Square can do some things right!)

At first I kept reading or listening to people praising FF8 and appreciating the effort made in FF7 but in the last couple of years I just found comments defending FF7 or explaining how adorable it is, how great its story was and so on. Personally, I don't like either 7 or 8 but I guess graphics in FF8 were good enough to make me feel I wasn't playing some RPG version of Star Fox. Man, I hated that stupid frog asking for help...

The FF games up to IX at least are not bad games per se. They all have their flaws and they are certainly not for everyone either.
But they are not bad games in that sense; there are so many ohther games that fall into that. Games that really are broken and horrible and just disfuntional.
In an other note: some people get really excited for sport events, like championships and olympics and that kinda thing. Understanably so, but me...not so much.
The exception being EM and WM in Football (soccer, for some of you). And if we're including E sports, then definately also [Mindcrack] Ultra Hard Core. Season 21 just ended today with the final video being uploaded and wow. That was a beautiful final battle, so much excitement!

1 - I found some site a while ago called Riffstation that finds the chords of songs. I found it by accident while listening to Jade Cocoon's battle theme and searching for the chords... (Great battle theme, by the way!)

The site seems pretty accurate, since it works with even Dream Theater's erratic chord changes with 100% accuracy, so if anybody needs it, there it is!
It also has a piano setting to show you where the chords are on the piano... and even a ukulele setting, in case you were interested in impressing someone with a ukulele rendition of "Smoke on the water" or something.
2 - My signature is back to normal! Thanks to Dervy-kun for being so awesome and fixing it so quickly!
3 - Three NXT Divas made their debut last night on RAW (Well, Charlotte was on almost a year ago, and she lost, but they want us to forget that) so I'm actually hopeful that the main roster Divas will get the time they deserve finally! And here's hoping that the Bellas step their game up so they actually deserve their record title run. It's been boring with Nikki as champ for months when every match lasts less than 5 minutes, and with sloppy, off-timed moves
(At least Nikki isn't as loud as Paige with her move calling, bless her heart
)4 - I'm hoping that I can get more time to work on my game soon. 3 more weeks, and I'll be free to do whatever I want to without needing to worry about submitting an assignment!
5 - I've been getting back into my exercise routine after so long, and it feels GREAT!
I actually completed a full 30-minute DDP Yoga video and 7 minutes of the Red Hot Core workout included, and I was BEAT yesterday.
Time to do it again today
6 - I dunno, I felt like putting a 6th thing.

I am back.
Where was I? Work. What was work doing? Demoting me and sacking someone to help with our numbers problem. We're now understaffed and everyone hates the new management.
