newbie on board - parawixlia - 05-06-2024

hiya! i'm super new to all things rpg maker, but i'm an artist and i've wanted to make some kind of project with my creations, so i've started working on my own little game recently! currently working with RMXP and got directed here to find scripts and such. i'm not at all knowledgeable about scripts so i'll have to rely on y'all to help me~ i look forward to meeting everyone!

Hi newcomer! Spy Don't ever think we're a mysterious bunch of fellow game makers because we're not. Tongue sticking out
And don't worry about not being script-proficient at this point. You can simply bother Dog Wulfo as many times as deemed necessary. Winking

*HOWUUU!!!!* (Translation from Lycan: That happens a lot)

So I wonder... Graphically, are you more of a portrait artist, or are you into pixelwork to make tilesets for maps or character sprites?

between the two i think i'm a lot better with portraits. i'm making my own sprites and tilesets as well for my current project, but pixel art is definitely not something i have much experience with.

Good day, newbie. Welcome. Good luck with your endeavors.

XP huh? If you need assistance with map layers, ask me; I'm really good with XP's map layering. It's fun to tinker with.  Pride
